See I find that very interesting Turkey Hunter shoot em in the pecker retro vintage shirt. You’re an old school fan with a great appreciation for the new stuff. I appreciate your response. Like I said it just surprised me. I honestly thought the top 20 songs would be from the first 5 albums and then newer stuff would start mixing in. And Kill Em All songs scored much lower than I thought they would. But to each their own. I actually share your surprise to some degree. Since I started taking part in all the various ranking threads on this sub, I’ve been surprised at my own rankings.

It’s not something I’d ever done before and I expected them to be very much like you described (older stuff dominating the top spots). But as I’ve gone through the various exercises, more new stuff than I expected found it’s the way to the top and, just as you noticed, Turkey Hunter shoot em in the pecker retro vintage shirt didn’t do as well. I was going to say the math didn’t work out but I guess there was a long break until death magnetic. Either way, you got into them young. Good job to your parents. Obviously raised right. Spit Out The Bone as one of the best music videos off of Hardwired? I mean it’s a brilliant song, but it was easily one of my least favorite music videos. It felt really cheap and rushed to me. ManUNKind and Confusion were two of the best and they’re really far down the list. To be fair, I think that cheap, B-movie vibe is what they were aiming for on the SOtB video. Even so, I do agree there are better videos; Confusion and Here Comes Revenge, for example.

Yeah, that was surprising to me too. I expected Unnamed Feeling for sure. I’m sure it has something to do with more familiarity of the St. Anger song being played live at every show those tours. I’m here with you. St Anger is my favorite Metallica album, along with Load and Turkey Hunter shoot em in the pecker retro vintage shirt, and I feel really sad when it’s chucked under every time. Shocks me too. But you being one of the few women on here, you can rise to power and take the throne as queen of the Metallica subreddit pretty easily. I don’t think you’ve heard their latest album, The Stage. It’s really a huge departure from everything they’ve ever done before. It’s super groggy and has thrash and black metal elements in the mix. Probably one of the more mature albums out there. I have given St Anger more of a chance than most who dislike it would and I still think it is awful. Cut all the songs length in half first and we might get somewhere. I can’t listen to SKoM or St Anger or Unnamed Feeling etc for 8 minutes each.
