The Becca powder definitely still feels cooling in the skin, but the watery feeling isn’t really there anymore. Sunset retro every day I’m Snufflin shirt. With the Murad I’m not sure if it has an exp, I got it in the 2017 Sephora summer favorites kit if that helps! I’ll check once I get home. The bad habit palettes are amazing. The quality is incredible, I just don’t really wear those colors. I can bundle those all together and do $35 shipping! They will be quite heavy all together. After having played games like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy on the NES, Earthbound felt like an overly simplified game.
What is Snufflin meaning?
I think there’s some slight revisionism, yeah. I believe that most people just assume that, prior to Final Fantasy VII, JRPGs were just this horribly obscure and hugely niche game in the west. Of course, they weren’t as big as they became post-FFVII but, as you said. There were a few success stories before that time (all of them from Square probably). At the same time, even companies had this perception that westerners didn’t “get” the genre, what with FF Mystic Quest, or Nintendo’s weird decision to sell every single copy of Earthbound with the guide, though this notion probably vanished around 93-95, when FFVI and Chrono Trigger became fairly big hits here. Not just Square. Enix made the Dragon Quest games which had four entries on the NES in America. Sega had the Phantasy Star franchise.

To be fair art style is important when you consider you’re going to be looking at it for hours on end. I haven’t played any modern DQ games because I hate the DBZ look. I played my first JRPG in the US on the NES. Not to mention Dragon Warrior was released in 1986 and 500,000 FREE COPIES were given out in Nintendo Power magazine. I never played the original Final Fantasy, but that also came out in 1990. I rented Crystalis in a Blockbuster video in Dayton, Ohio. By that I mean maybe JRPGs weren’t best sellers. But they were fucking around and we knew what they were and how they worked, at least the kids subscribed to Nintendo Power did. By the time I played Earthbound I had played dozens of RPGs, including Final Fantasy VI which came out the same year. Chrono Trigger came out a year later.

Yeah, I played exclusively what I could rent from my Midwestern Blockbuster and Sunset retro every day I’m Snufflin shirt. I was well versed in JRPGs by the time Earthbound came around. I just think that game is ahead of its time in the sense that the average gamer in 1995 was substantially younger than in 2018, and therefore most people who played it at release weren’t sophisticated enough to appreciate what it was doing. Almost to the point where anyone
