Any individual would be using a proxy to hide their Sunflower F-Bomb dog mom with tattoos pretty eyes and thick thighs shirt, but if there’s chat log evidence somewhere/someone leaks evidence of higher ups talking about DDOSing, then I’d like to see Jagex take legal action. I’d laugh my fucking ass off seeing the big boi ‘RoT leader’ actually crying in court. Actually, that’s fully a legal option and has precedent in cases where money was involved, such as a DMM tourney. Assuming they live in a location that Jagex can file the suit. Which would include the US?

It’s a valid option and fully depends on how serious Jagex wants to take action and if they think they can back up it. In game chat logs are historically as useful as texts or any other form of messaging service. Obviously never enough to convict but more than enough to provide probable cause for warrants and investigations if someone wanted to take it seriously enough. People just have bigger problems than someone getting ddos’d until it happens to high profile institutes like governments. You’re nitpicking. That would NEVER even remotely work in court. They’ve Sunflower F-Bomb dog mom with tattoos pretty eyes and thick thighs shirt so many people. Having a statue of their clan in a very popular place just doesn’t seem right. They’re glorifying a clan of rule breakers more or less.

I’m far from a fan of rot but if I ran a clan and some random joined and started dosing without our knowledge or input I certainly wouldn’t think it was fair if my entire clan got punished, Sunflower F-Bomb dog mom with tattoos pretty eyes and thick thighs shirt pieces of shit or not deserve the same treatment because the second these punishments start fluctuating and players or entire clans start getting serious punishments for stuff that there’s not indisputable evidence for is the day the clan scene gets ridiculously messy with sabotage. They catch bulletin doing or giving the order to do so with zero doubt? You are talking about the same people who’ve completely ruined DMM tournaments, have DDoS’d countless people, and almost gotten a Jagex Mod fired, right? If someone’s made a bad name for themselves, they shouldn’t be glorified ingame regardless of winning something in the past.
