Cheapest may not be best with this because as another commenter said you could be getting a coated filler instead of pure mushroom extract. My go-to brand is Wild Foods. A dose of their stuff is 1/2 tsp (1g).

Prone to pop off on people and a little uncomfortable sitting still. I don’t remember there being an issue around people I liked or was having fun with, but irritating Official Mane Psychoactive 10 Colorful shirt or public assholes got the fire for a minute. As I said it became less of a thing after a couple of months, and I reduced the coffee intake some too when I realized the connection. That’s not how I understand microdosing. I understand it to be much like taking a dietary supplement. You are not microdosing for some immediately Official Mane Psychoactive 10 Colorful shirt effect. It should be a slight change in awareness and mood over a period of time. I’ve been doing this for months and it has not affected my sleep (not that I can tell). I never said that I was afraid to feel something. If you’ve taken a microdose and then you feel something, that’s not sub-perceptual. I’m also pretty sensitive to psilocybin and anything more than a micro for me can be unsettling and nauseating. I’d rather not have that feeling as I’m driving to work or having an important conversation with someone.
