Honestly, everything you mentioned could probably be resolved by activating sub-mode. Be mine or I’ll kill you shirt. Chance did it on all his Dark Souls playthroughs and he had a shit ton of fun (he played the games multiple times on stream). Also, he did a mod purge, which helped a lot with his chat moderation. Maybe you should consider it as well instead of mods who don’t do shit? Most of the negativity in chat comes from plebs and they spam shit cause there are barely any mods doing their work. You practically have to tell them what to do yourself.
What is kill?
Yeah, put it on sub-mode only. I say this as a non-sub, so I won’t be able to participate in chat if you do. But then again, at the moment I can’t say anything in chat, because it is gone in an instant, pushed away by a wall of spam, never to be seen. Also…emotes… it’s just awful spam. The speed of the chat just encourages its use, however, since actually typing a response that won’t get seen is a waste, so people resort to dumb emoting instead. I don’t know if its possible to just limit emotes to subs only, but if it is, do it. I would say if it is any non-main game (wow) you should definitely consider sub-mode if the chat is getting out of control. As someone who has been subbed to you a long time, chat recently is really fast.

The only way you can contain the chat when you have so many viewers. I understand you don’t like paying your chat (I, at first, thought it was dumb when I came across streamers like that) but if you want to have even a semblance of interaction with your chat, you need sub-mode. I would strongly consider it. To me, it seems like it inspires a lot of negativity in your demeanor as well. It’s always fun watching a streamer have fun themselves. Currently, your chat is the most aids it’s ever been and it’s all from nonsubs. The spam is very irritating (I can’t imagine how it feels on your end} and it seems like it’s getting worse because the negativity encourages it. Make the best choices for yourself so that you’re happy and the worthwhile fans and subscribers will follow. Yep, I’d have to second the sub-mode suggestion and I’m not a sub. When you draw in such a large crowd it’s inevitable that the chat will devolve into spam and hate, with the genuine criticism getting drowned out.

Yup sub-mode chat will help you don’t have to have it on 100% but I’d say this as a nonsub Be mine or I’ll kill your shirt. I can’t get a message through to a streamer with 30k viewers so I don’t even bother typing in chat most of the time. Let those that support your stream interact with you. Agreed. I was subbed to asmon for a while but it gets to the point at 20, 30, 50k viewers where. I literally can’t even see my message from the moment I press enter.
