I didn’t think there was near enough great music considering how many people have talked it up. For the first quarter sure, then it turns into something completely different. I was expecting a biker gang crime movie so I completely hated it the first time I watched it after it lost track of that. It’s not, Otomo was capable of cinematographic magic that is impossible in live-action without CGI, especially with the biker scenes in the first half.
