There’s not one Medical Doctor, I’m an May girl my lips are the gun my smile is the trigger shirt. that will tell you that you are healthy at 300 pounds. The extra weight pulls on one’s Heart leaving one less mobility than One who is slimmer. Oftentimes, we use excuses for one’s own lack of willpower and discipline. I’m 260 I’m 5” 7’ this month I started eating eight & working out daily, I’ve only lost 5lbs but I feel better already. The doctor said I was at immeasurable risk for diabetes, I was built really nice my whole life, once I hit 30 it’s like my body just held everything I ate. I want to show my kids a healthy way of life. Also gaining the weight made my usually extremely thick hair start to thin.
Being that overweight is never healthy sweety. I’m an May girl my lips are the gun my smile is the trigger shirt.I know u think that, but the issue u r having now r stemming from that. U put pressure on ur heart & Vitale organs. I know this can not be healthy for this women, her stomach is 8ft. I don’t judge her I don’t think she is nasty. I think she is a human being& I love people. It’s just there is no way this is healthy. Being obese by default puts one at a higher chance of stroke and heart disease. To say being obese doesn’t mean you are unhealthy is just ignorant. It’s virtue signalling. Personally, I’m obese myself but I see these problems and am currently dieting and working out to lose the weight.

If you read what I wrote. I’m an May girl my lips are the gun my smile is the trigger shirt. It simply said, just because you got fat problems, didn’t mean everybody fat has or is at risk of having your same problems!!! MY TESTS CAME BACK WONDERFUL WHEN I WAS FAT!!! NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER… I’m Sry if that bothers you. Good luck with yours though. I agree with this! When it’s your time—whether you ate correctly or worked out everyday—it’s your time! I’ve seen many and heard of others where “healthy” folks die young! We have a say on many things in our life but death isn’t one. Too many ppl have tried suicide and did not succeed because it wasn’t their time while others did and was successful….again, your expiration date is when you will leave—not before or after—healthy or not!
Thompson As a ‘thin’ person with heart issues as well as several other medical issues, I’m an May girl my lips are the gun my smile is the trigger shirt. I can assure you that ‘thin’ doesn’t equate to ‘healthy.’ None of my issues was brought on by choice, as most medical issues were inherited. However, I do not believe that someone who is overweight (obese) could be 100% perfectly healthy. So, you had ‘tests’ done that came back perfect when you were obese? Lucky you. It wouldn’t have stayed that way and I believe that it’s incredibly irresponsible to promote obesity. But like you said, do you!
