Stop using your goddamn upper Green Bay packers Harley Davidson cycles shirt voodoo magic to make people notice and upvote you. Did you sacrifice a walleye and white-tailed deer and a block of cheese to make this happen?!? As a Wisconsinite, I am obviously aware of all these things but I never thought we popped up more often/less often than other states. Not as notable as NY and California, sure. Not as easily forgotten as Delaware.

This could be said about any Green Bay packers Harley Davidson cycles shirt. Each state has a long list of pretty notable achievements and history. You’ve just chosen Wisconsin for some reason to pay attention to. Seriously though, I honestly cannot sense any vibe that we’re overrepresented, even with the list provided. I feel like most states get their due. I don’t think I could recall Missouri mentioned ever until I moved there. Even now that I don’t live there I hear about it constantly. Did the world suddenly change at the exact moment I moved there? No, I just notice it more now than before. The fact that I know, for instance, that St. Louis and their “famous” Arch are there helps, too. In short, I can assure you no one cares particularly about Wisconsin and it is suitably obscure given its size and economy compared to most other states.

I am big folklore and mythology Green Bay packers Harley Davidson cycles shirt, and I recently-ish decided to try to buy at least one book on folklore for all 50 states, just like I did for all the traditional English counties. And FWIW, by far the easiest state for which to find a book on state folklore was Wisconsin. It was an embarrassment of riches for WI, whereas it was a struggle to find anything at all for (eg) North Dakota, South Dakota, and a few others (for a few states, all I found available was a single book on true ghost accounts). I was puzzled to find just so many books on Wisconsin folklore (and oddly enough, Missouri had plenty of books available, too. Go figure.) I wouldn’t say punching above our weight more than we are at about as prominent as you would normally expect from a state like Wisconsin. There are plenty of other states with a similar size list of accomplishments.
